• Additionally, we have 10+ years evaluating properties through mystery shopping.  We experience your property as a guest, but from the mindset of an evaluator.  Our goal is to evaluate and share proven strategies to help you identify what your property needs to help you reach the highest rating.

Evaluate Vacation Rentals was inspired through our personal vacation rental experiences -  recognizing a problem...and creating a solution.  

Problem?  So many times we have booked vacation rentals online because they looked (and sounded) fantastic...only to arrive at the property and be disappointed and frustrated.  Typically, it wasn't even big things.  It's easy for us, as property owners and managers, to overlook even the simplest of things.

Solution?  What if there was a company that evaluated a vacation rental before it was listed or when the ratings were low!  This service could benefit not only property owners but also property managers.  What if we evaluated properties as seen through the eyes, ears, and nose of a guest...before those ratings and reviews hit real time or become a problem!
