Our team will book a stay at your property for 1 to 2 nights, depending on property size, location and availability for a true "guest experience". While on property, we complete a thorough walkthrough of your property, inside and out, including all community ammenities. We will also review your property listing to ensure accuracy between the listing and your property.
During our stay, we complete a comprehensive property evaluation using our multi-layered vacation rental criteria. We provide you with a comprehensive evaluation report including pictures and recommendations for elevating your property status and increasing your ROI.

Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Evaluation from Evaluate Vacation Rental. If you choose to add in an additional level of commendation, you can have us back for a follow-up evaluation once you have completed our recommendations. In completing our recommendations to our satisfaction, you will receive a Certificate of Recommendation by EVR. These can be posted to your property listing as an additional testimonial.
